The position of Recruitment Administrator is a highly regarded and vital role within our organisation, the position comes with varied responsibilities and objectives


The Role 
We are currently looking to hire a dedicated Recruitment Administrator to support our Health care & Pathology Team. You will support our temporary staffing desk, which involves fast-paced, high-volume recruitment. You will find yourself assisting in the recruiting mainly in the areas of Healthcare, Pathology and Clinical Trials. 

The role of Recruitment Administrator would really suit someone who has a genuine interest in client care, customer understanding and relationship building, it could also offer a stepping stone into a career as a Recruitment Consultant. 

Duties & responsibilities include:
  • Phone screening & shorting listing of candidates
  • Responding to job applicants
  • Booking in candidate interviews for our Temp Consultant
  • Conducting reference checks
  • Ensuring candidates meet compliance checks 
  • Assisting our Temp Consultant with any ad-hoc requirements

About you 
  • A background in Healthcare would be beneficial
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role
  • An excellent communicator with proven customer service experience 
  • Comfortable with administration with a high level of attention to detail 
  • Able to work at a fast pace with accuracy 
  • Organisational skills are a must for this role
  • Hold Australian PR or Citizenship (Sponsorship is not available)
