We’re a specialised Science, Healthcare and Medical recruitment agency with a strong reputation across Australia and we’re growing! Right now, we’re on the lookout for a Temp Recruitment Consultant to join our Brisbane team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced recruitment, is great at juggling multiple priorities, and is excited to work with clients and candidates across the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, life sciences industries.
What you'll be doing: - Running a busy temp and contract desk focused on the Science sector
- Building strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Sourcing and screening high-quality candidates across a range of roles
- Managing the full recruitment process from job brief to placement and aftercare
- Keeping things compliant – contracts, onboarding, timesheets, and all the admin in between
What we’re looking for: - Experience in recruitment (agency side ideally)
- A confident communicator who enjoys connecting with people
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple roles at once
- A genuine interest in Science or a background in Science, Healthcare or Technical sectors.
