Pathology Collector | North Sydney - North Sydney location

- 8am-1pm (25 hours/week)
- $32.75/hour + super
The Company Our client is a reputable Pathology service provider, with a national presence within the Australian market. With a central laboratory in Darlinghurst and 25 clinics across metro Sydney and regional NSW.
Key Duties & Responsibilities: - Hands on venepuncture experience is essential for a minimum of 6 months unsupervised not including placement hours
- Collection of blood and other samples from patients
- Experience in ECG's and Holter monitors
- Processing of Pathology Specimens
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Clerical duties and basic IT skills
- High-level communication skills with colleagues and patients
- Ability to provide dedication to patient care
- Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
- Comply with Work Health and Safety
About You - Eligible to work within Australia - Sponsorship is not available
- Possess a current driver’s licence, WWC Check & Police Clearance
- Obtained a Cert 3 in Pathology Collection
- A clear and patient communicator
- Experience in blood collection (at least 6 months in Australia)
- Have a positive attitude
- Have a passion for Pathology Collection
- Have a flexible approach to work and availability and be prepared to be deployed at different locations
