About the Role Reporting to the Team Leader, you will be responsible for delivering technical and application support to customers, including LIMS solution configuration and implementation.
Key Responsibilities: - Analyse and document customer requirements and business processes
- Translate business needs into functional application requirements
- Configure LIMS solutions to align with client requirements
- Support validation and testing activities in line with industry standards
- Provide ongoing application support and troubleshooting
About You To be successful in this role, you’ll bring a mix of scientific knowledge, technical aptitude, and strong interpersonal skills.
Key Requirements: - Tertiary qualification in Science (e.g., Medical Science, Biotech, Chemistry)
- Experience with LIMS administration or working in a laboratory/Quality Control environment
- Understanding of laboratory workflows and/or quality processes
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience with programming, SQL, databases, or IT systems is advantageous but not essential – a willingness and aptitude to learn is key
