Inside Sales Specialist

About the Role

Due to high demand we are seeking an Inside Sales Specialist. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets through proactive inside sales activities. You will focus on engaging with customers remotely and developing sales within selected accounts, market segments, or regions. Your role will be critical in supporting the growth of the Australia, contributing directly to revenue targets and customer satisfaction. This role will require you to be hyrbid role with work from home and in the office 3-4 times per week.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Achieve and exceed set sales targets through inside sales activities.
  • Develop customer relationships via phone, email, and digital communication platforms.
  • Drive product sales in underrepresented markets and complement the efforts of field sales teams.
  • Increase daily touchpoints to expand customer engagement and penetrate underperforming segments.
  • Conduct virtual presentations, product demonstrations, and customer consultations.
  • Provide accurate quotations, product information, and sales follow-up.
  • Work with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Care teams to identify and convert leads.
  • Leverage CRM tools to track opportunities, develop pipelines, and ensure repeat business.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly/quarterly forecasts and sales planning.
  • Enhance customer experience through proactive engagement and innovative approaches.
Skills & Experience Required
  • 2–3 years’ experience in sales or marketing, ideally within the life sciences, laboratory, or healthcare sector.
  • Degree in Life Sciences or related field (desirable).
  • Strong knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office (Excel and Word).
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Results-driven with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Innovative thinker with the ability to multi-task and thrive under pressure.
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
