About the Role This is an opportunity for a commercially minded professional to step into a broad, hands-on role supporting portfolio growth and commercial execution across the environmental segment.
Reporting to the ANZ Commercial Manager, you will work across product strategy, sales support, and supplier coordination while leading a small team. The role blends planning and execution, with regular engagement with customers and internal stakeholders (approximately 30% field-based).
Key areas of focus include:
- Supporting portfolio planning and identifying growth opportunities
- Working with sales teams to improve pipeline development and customer engagement
- Assisting with product launches, campaigns, and commercial initiatives
- Coordinating with supplier partners and contributing to performance reviews
- Providing day-to-day leadership, coaching, and support to a small team
About You You are a proactive and commercially aware professional looking to build on your experience in a broader role. You enjoy working across teams and are comfortable balancing strategy with execution.
You will bring:
- A degree in Business, Science, or a related field
- Experience in environmental, scientific, or technical industries (preferred)
- Exposure to sales, product, or commercial support functions
- Some leadership experience or a desire to step into team leadership
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A collaborative, adaptable, and solutions-focused mindset
