The Company Our client is a private clinical research organisation, with a national presence within the Australian market for over 20 years. They have experience with successfully delivering clinical trials in multiple therapeutic areas. This organisation is experiencing significant growth in Sydney.
The RoleOur client is looking for a Clinical Trials Centre Manager to join their team in Sydney. You will play a key role in the day-to-day management of the centre and clinical team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, plan, and execute clinical trials to ensure timely delivery within scope, budget, and on or ahead of schedule
- Act as a leader for clinical staff, which includes Nursing, Laboratory, and Pharmacy.
- Manage the day-to-day challenges that arise
- Maintain clinical skills to be able to educate and participate in clinical trial tasks.
- Effectively communicate with the Operations Manager and Exec team
- Build strong relationships with sponsors, investigators, and internal teams
- Ensure all clinical trial activities comply with CGP and sponsor requirements
About You - Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- AHPRA Registered Nurse with no restrictions
- 3 or more years in clinical trials
- Thorough understanding of clinical trial requirements
- Experience with managing people
- Knowledge of CGP and ALCOA-C principles
- You MUST be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
