Clinical Trainer – Aesthetic Medical Devices (6-Month Contract)

About the Role
An exciting opportunity is available for a Clinical Trainer to support business growth across Australia. This is a 6-month temporary contract, with potential for extension.

In this role, you will deliver high-quality clinical training and education to both customers and internal teams, ensuring safe and effective use of advanced aesthetic devices. You will play a key role in supporting product launches, customer onboarding, and ongoing clinical education, while working closely with sales and marketing teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver clinical training, product education, and live demonstrations to customers
  • Provide ongoing clinical support to internal teams across Australia
  • Support new product launches, including sales training and customer education
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and workshops to engage with medical professionals
  • Ensure customers are confident and competent in performing treatments safely and effectively
  • Maintain accurate training records, attendance logs, and clinical reports
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for demonstrations and promotional activities
  • Manage your schedule, travel, and administrative tasks effectively
About You
  • Qualification in Dermal Therapy (minimum) or Dermal Science / Dermal Clinician preferred
  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in the aesthetic or clinical industry
  • Strong knowledge of laser technologies, IPL, radiofrequency devices, and skin anatomy
  • Experience delivering training, education, or clinical support
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to engage with a wide range of clinicians with varying experience levels
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage travel and competing priorities
