Short-term casual assignment for a motivated Administration Officer to provide efficient and effective support to the senior management team.

About the Role As an
Administration Officer, you will provide essential support to the senior management team, including:
- Demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills (telephone, verbal, and written)
- Communicating effectively with staff at all levels
- Working independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines
- Applying effective planning and organisational skills in a high-volume environment
- Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks
This is a casual assignment for 3-4 months, requiring flexibility and availability.
About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience supporting senior management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Full working rights in Australia and current Sydney-based residence
- Availability to travel to Darlinghurst (note: parking is not provided)
