Tenders and Sales Enablement Specialist

The Role

A newly redesigned opportunity has opened with a highly regarded, established business supporting customers across Australia and New Zealand. This is a hands-on individual contributor role (IC), ideal for someone who thrives on structure, deadlines, and keeping complex commercial activity running smoothly behind the scenes.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, ANZ, you'll take end-to-end ownership of tender coordination and support the wider sales function through strong reporting, CRM accuracy, and commercial administration. You willl also have visibility across the local leadership groups, attending key meetings to stay close to priorities, challenges and strategy.

This role is suited to someone who enjoys being the "go-to" person for tenders, contracts organisation and sales reporting, balancing multiple deadlines and stakeholders with confidence.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Coordinating tender responses end-to-end, ensuring submissions are compliant and on time
  • Maintaining a structured tender/contract documentation library (templates, standard responses, pricing files)
  • Supporting contract administration and customer pricing documentation (non-service)
  • Producing and improving sales and market reporting, including CRM data integrity
  • Providing sales administration support and coordinating internal communications (e.g. pricing updates)
  • Acting as a CRM champion for the local sales team—ensuring accuracy, consistency and usability of data
About You

You're a confident self-starter who can manage your workload independently and take ownership from day one. You will have:
  • Mandatory tender management experience (this is essential)
  • Experience in sales operations, contracts admin, commercial support or similar (highly regarded)
  • Strong computer literacy and confidence working extensively with Excel and reporting tools
  • CRM experience and a practical approach to data hygiene and process improvement
  • High attention to detail, strong written communication and a genuine enjoyment of staying organised
  • The ability to work with multiple stakeholders and keep priorities moving without constant direction
Industry experience is not required, transferable experience will be considered.
