About the Role
As a Technical Sales Specialist, you’ll play a key role in driving growth across a defined product group or market. You’ll be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and supporting the introduction of strategic products into the market.

Working closely with Account Managers and Application Specialists, you’ll manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to post-sale support and use CRM tools to track and analyse customer interactions and sales performance.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of technical and commercial responsibilities, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about helping customers find the right solutions.

About You
  • You have a relevant degree in Biotechnology or similar (higher qualifications are a plus)
  • You bring at least three years of field sales experience, ideally within biotech, biopharma, or lab/process environments
  • You’re confident using CRM tools like to manage leads and opportunities
  • You have strong technical knowledge and understand the needs of customers in the life sciences space
  • You’re results driven, proactive, and motivated by making a real impact
  • You’re a great communicator and enjoy working collaboratively across teams
  • Previous experience working in capital equipment or selling scientific services is a plus! 
Travel is required across states (40%) and this will be a remote role reporting into the hiring manager.
