About the Role

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Service & Customer Care Coordinator to support customer-facing service administration, order management, service contracts, and field service coordination.
This role is ideal for a highly organised customer service professional with strong SAP experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer and internal stakeholder enquiries via email and phone
  • Process service jobs, customer queries, sales orders, invoices, and repair quotes in SAP
  • Schedule, assign, and monitor field service activities
  • Coordinate purchase orders, invoicing, and completed service reports
  • Create, renew, and administer service contracts
  • Support preventative maintenance scheduling and parts ordering
  • Maintain accurate customer, equipment, and install base data
  • Manage loan and demonstration equipment placements
  • Investigate and resolve data or equipment irregularities
About You

To be successful, you will have:
  • 3-5 years' experience in customer service, service administration, or order processing
  • Demonstrated SAP experience; Salesforce experience highly regarded
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong data accuracy
  • Excellent time management, scheduling, and prioritisation skills
  • Professional telephone manner and customer-focused approach
  • Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a team environment
  • Experience supporting service, commercial, or technical teams highly regarded
