About the Role An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Service & Customer Care Coordinator to support customer-facing service administration, order management, service contracts, and field service coordination.
This role is ideal for a highly organised customer service professional with strong SAP experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer and internal stakeholder enquiries via email and phone
- Process service jobs, customer queries, sales orders, invoices, and repair quotes in SAP
- Schedule, assign, and monitor field service activities
- Coordinate purchase orders, invoicing, and completed service reports
- Create, renew, and administer service contracts
- Support preventative maintenance scheduling and parts ordering
- Maintain accurate customer, equipment, and install base data
- Manage loan and demonstration equipment placements
- Investigate and resolve data or equipment irregularities
About You To be successful, you will have:
- 3-5 years' experience in customer service, service administration, or order processing
- Demonstrated SAP experience; Salesforce experience highly regarded
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong data accuracy
- Excellent time management, scheduling, and prioritisation skills
- Professional telephone manner and customer-focused approach
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a team environment
- Experience supporting service, commercial, or technical teams highly regarded
