About the Role
As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for the preparation, operation, and monitoring of manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient and compliant production processes. This hands-on role is ideal for candidates who thrive in fast-paced, clean, and quality-driven environments.
Key Responsibilities - Operate blending, coating, encapsulation, and dispensing equipment according to cGMP and SOPs
- Accurately complete batch records and production documentation
- Conduct in-process checks and ensure products meet defined specifications
- Maintain high hygiene standards and adhere to WHS and GMP guidelines
- Perform equipment cleaning, changeovers, and minor maintenance as required
- Work collaboratively with production, QA, and warehousing teams to meet production targets
Skills and Experience - Experience in pharmaceutical, food, nutraceutical, or cosmetics manufacturing
- Familiarity with cGMP, HACCP, and working in highly regulated environments
- Previous exposure to equipment such as mixers, encapsulators, tablet presses, and packing lines is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with documentation
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and rotating shift structure
- A reliable, proactive team player with a good attitude and work ethic
