The Role We are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to lead the strategic growth, lifecycle management, and go-to-market success of a leading portfolio in liquid handling, consumables, and laboratory automation solutions across Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities
- Product Lifecycle & Go-to-Market Leadership
- Manage the full product lifecycle across assigned portfolios
- Develop and execute strategic go-to-market plans aligned with regional and global objectives
- Lead product launches, recalls, discontinuations, pricing strategies, inventory deployment, and promotional activities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, business development, and regional stakeholders
- Market Intelligence & Strategic Positioning
- Conduct market share, competitor, and customer analysis
- Deliver actionable business insights through SWOT/PESTEL and performance reporting
- Define compelling product value propositions and positioning strategies
- Identify growth opportunities, customer segments, and emerging market trends
- New Product Introduction (NPI)
- Oversee complete ANZ launch readiness and execution
- Coordinate sales training, regulatory compliance, and operational readiness
- Monitor launch success through dashboards and corrective actions
- Support internal stakeholder capability development
- Sales Enablement & Marketing Execution
Develop high-impact sales tools including:
- Sales pitches
- Competitive battle cards
- Product demos
- Success guides
- Support online and offline marketing campaigns
- Coordinate trade show and industry event participation
- Measure campaign ROI and optimize performance
About You Essential Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Business, Marketing, or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years' experience in product marketing, sales, or business development
- Strong product marketing and commercial strategy capability
- Experience in scientific, healthcare, laboratory, or technical product sectors highly regarded
- Proven experience managing complex stakeholder relationships
