The position of Internal Client Account Manager is a highly regarded and vital role within our organisation. The position comes with varied responsibilities and objectives
 
Internal Client Account Manager - Life Science 
Work closely with the Life Science Recruitment team within KE Select to provide recruitment consultancy and talent acquisition services to key accounts within the Life Science sector (no business development required).  Your main role will be managing and maintaining a high-volume, casual, focused client, who is based in Brisbane. The role will require you to offer optimal commitment, productivity and motivation. Retaining and developing an active pool of candidates, both locally and internationally will be a fundamental part of your role. The role will allow you to utilise your scientific and technical knowledge to consult with clients and candidates from the world's largest and leading GMP manufacturers and service providers within the Life Science Sector.
 
Key Responsibilities;
  • Managing a high volume (mainly casual workforce) client site
  • Candidate attraction strategies and talent pooling 
  • Consulting with the client, taking job briefs and developing relationships. 
  • Marketing and advertising campaign management
  • Key Account Management and Strategic Account Consultancy
  • Working with our Management team to set personal targets and goals
  • Work with the team to become a trusted advisor within the Life Science team for all matters relating to recruitment systems, philosophies, values, processes and procedures
  • Performing candidate screening and interviews
  • Compiling and sending / following up on application submissions
  • General administration and upkeep of KE Select CRM System
  • Further administration, including reference checking and ensuring that all due diligence has been performed and is up to date for all contractors operating under the Scientific Team.
 
What you will need to succeed
 
The ideal candidate will come from an internal recruitment-focused role, possibly in talent acquisition or agency. We are looking for a driven, business-minded Life Science professional who is passionate about delivering a specialised recruitment service while partnering with candidates and clients in a consultative style. You’ll have a can-do and positive outlook and eventually be able to successfully work with senior client stakeholders within the Life Science market.
  • Good commercial acumen and market knowledge within the Scientific industry
  • A strong strategic mindset
  • Able to be flexible enough to travel out to client sites and occasionally interstate.
