A market leader in the Medical Aesthetic industry, they are at the forefront of cutting-edge surgical and non-surgical cosmetic technology and have offices right across the globe. Due to internal changes, they are looking to appoint a Customer Service Specialist to provide customer service and support to their engineers in the field.
As the Customer Service Specialist, you will be supporting customers from quotation to delivery, while coordinating and dispatching job flows for our Field Service Engineers on site.
This is a Brisbane South site-based role working in their pristine clinical offices working Monday - Friday in the office. Duties and Responsibilities include: - Answer inbound calls
- Maintain internal reports
- Process quotes & sales orders
- Issue invoices
- Coordinate logistics
- Liaise with internal departments – finance, warehouse, business development.
- Manage returns process.
- Schedule and dispatch field service engineers
About you - Previous experience in customer service or administration is essential for this role.
- The ability to work autonomously.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel
- Experience with Salesforce and Oracle Cloud operating systems
- "Can do" attitude.
