Our Client is a world-leading early-phase clinical trial organisation. They are known for delivering Phase l trials across Australia for biotech and pharmaceutical organisations. They are involved in first-in-human trials and early phase studies.
About the RoleWith a new, brand-new facility opening, our client is looking for a Clinical Trials Nurse with experience in managing/supervising a team to join their team in Sydney. You will be involved in both the setup of the trial and the ongoing duties/needs of the trial.
Due to the start-up nature, this role requires someone who is flexible to perform cross-functional duties in a fast-paced environment.
This role is based at site, Monday to Friday, on a roasting roster. Shifts are either 7am-3pm or 2pm-10pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the coordination of clinical staff
- Troubleshoot any on-study issues that arise in the clinical unit
- Keep dosing times, bed order, and staff allocation up-to-date
- Provide training and support to the clinical unit staff
- Ensure that all study protocols are performed as per approvals
- Organising servicing and maintenance daily, weekly, and monthly for all clinical equipment
About you - Bachelor's in Nursing
- AHPRA Registration - Division 1 Registered Nurse
- Experience with in acute medical/ CCU / ICU / high acuity settings
- Experience with managing a team and coordinating shifts
- Experience in clinical trials and ICH-GCP operating standards
- Good attention to detail and time management
- Meet the vaccination requirements
- Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents only
